The robust Pepwave MAX BR1 MINI router ensures reliable point-to-point or multi-WAN connections for critical operations, such as primary internet, video surveillance, payment processing, vehicle communication, and use in campers, yachts, police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances. Its Hot Failover feature guarantees uninterrupted connectivity. The router includes gigabit UTP ports, with 2x LAN and 1x LAN/WAN port, along with fast Wi-Fi b/g/n at 300 Mbps, making it ideal for stable, high-speed internet. The device integrates seamlessly with various Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and vehicle industry applications.

Key features include an external GPS connection and a 10-30 VDC power input. The router can be powered either by the included adapter or directly from a vehicle’s ignition via a terminal block connector, ensuring it powers on or off correctly. Security is provided through PepVPN, a built-in firewall, and QoS management.

PepVPN allows you to create a secure network with a single IP address, using IPsec encryption to ensure the connection remains secure even during Hot Failover. The built-in SPI firewall blocks unwanted websites for selected devices, and Quality of Service (QoS) prioritizes essential data streams, ensuring reliable operation of key processes.
