According to the Law "On Consumer Protection" you have the right to return unnecessary goods of proper quality or exchange it for another within 14 days of receiving the order.

A product of proper quality is a product without defects, with integral packaging, which for some reason did not suit you.

Return or exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used, preserved its appearance and consumer properties. If the goods of proper quality have been subjected to mechanical influences, the goods are not subject to exchange or return.

Poor quality product with any defects is considered to be a product of improper quality.
